We already have our recruits in a database. Do we have to start over and re-input all of the information into your product? No, you do not have to start over. We will take your existing electronic data (spreadsheet or database) and import it directly into the Recruiting Hawk™. You can get started immediately using the powerful tools the system provides. *You say Recruiting Hawk™ is easy to use, but we're coaches not computer technicians. Just how easy is it to use?* Answer Number 1: The Recruiting Hawk™ system was used extensively by over 30 coaches before we ever made the application commercially available. Every function, button and link has been designed so any coach that has the most basic computer knowledge can be up and running the day you get your user name and password. How safe can our recruiting information be if it is on the Internet? Extremely safe. Each user of your recruiting database has their own specific user name and password. Our encryption technology is the same used by major credit card companies, banks and e-commerce web-sites. We have also built-in computer code that tells search engines like Google™ to skip over your recruiting web-site. Web-based applications are now so commonplace that major corporations such as Coldwell Banker, Avis Rent-A-Car and Nokia use "closed" web-sites to handle their customer databases. With a couple clicks of your mouse you can have names, phone numbers, addresses and more ported to your PDA. You can also run paper copies of your database. Do I have to load new software on our computers and then keep everything up-to-date? No. With a web-based application like Recruiting Hawk™ you never have to manage software or technology. We take care of all software updates on our end. All you have to do is log in and manage your recruiting. What if we want, or are forced to host the application ourselves?
