• Are your data transfers encrypted to ensure they are not copied during transmission?
• Recruiting Hawk utilizes industry standard 128-bit encryption for all data transfers. This is the same technology used by major credit card companies, banks, insurance corportations and business portals such as Amazon.com

• Is my recruiting database backed up every time I hit the "Submit" button?
• Simply speaking, every keystroke or button pushed that modifies or adds information on our server, is automatically backed up in real-time to not one but two servers, located in a separate locations, in different states. Not only does Recruiting Hawk™ utilize redundant data sources, but also redundant power sources. Our data center utilizes two separate hydroelectric grids. In addition it has standby diesel generators available to provide emergency power.

• Do you archive my entire database weekly?
• Along with simultaneous backups, your recruiting database is also archived on a weekly basis. This means that if you ever need to "roll-back" your database for any reason, your information is available.
